Lotus Construction & Real Estate Investment is committed to establishing, implementing, monitoring and reviewing measurable quality objectives on a periodic basis. We ensure that all of our staff are quality-conscious, work as a team and participate effectively in our quality management system.
The quality management system is implemented and communicated throughout the organisation, complying with the requirements of ISO 9001 and continually improved, and we comply with the regulations and laws related to our scope of work.
We are committed to building quality into our operations — aiming for zero-defect products and services and, through that, excellence in organisational performance.
